This season was far from normal as the climate shifts from hot to cold on a daily basis without any warnings for us fashionistas. Fall approaches as Summer swiftly departs. With Seattle being a rainy city, it is only fair that we stay prepared on weather changes for our fashion looks.
I’ve always been an admirer and a devotee to the brand Coco Chanel. Her signature unfinished wool is usually traditionally used for outerwear or a more sophisticated look, but fashion has evolved with new twists and changes for patterns in casual outfits. I love wearing my woven Chanel pieces, but I also love that shopping has gotten really convenient and there is more supply than demand when it comes to retail. I am so happy that I don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on a luxury look that is Chanel inspired for this set.
The Tweed romper I am wearing is made by Zara. I paired the piece with a Chanel body chain to bring the inspiration to life. I decided to make it more casual by combining the ensemble with a pair of Louis Vuitton Front row slip on sneakers and a pair of Louis Vuitton Aviators. Tweed can be worn on so many occasions and in so many different weathers as the fabric is very versatile. You can create different looks depending on what accessories and make up you add to your outfit. So when in doubt, TWEED IT OUT.
